About Me
Front-end developer
My name is Araceli Medina González and I am from Mexico City. I graduted from Instituto Politecnico Nacional as an Electronic and Communications Engineer. After graduating, I started working in Ericsson Telecom for one year and a half. I was lucky enough to win a scholarship to study my master’s degree in Taiwan. I moved to Taiwan to study and stayed there for 5 years total. I met my husband there and we moved back to Mexico to get married. After living in Mexico for three years, we decided to move to the USA
Now, I am based in the USA. I live surrounded by a lot of nature like never before and I love it. I grew up in a sporty family, hence, I love sports like water polo, swimming, running and hiking. I played water polo for almost 10 years and I constantly enroll in different types of races. That feeling of being challenged in the races makes me happy and keeps me realizing that I can always train harder, be better in all aspects, as well as keep studying and learning. It is my way of telling myself there is always more to learn and experience in the world.
I am a very dynamic person that can work in diverse fields due my education and experience. I can work as an engineer, in an office, a school or in the hospitality. I lived in Asia to study and work for around 5 years where I enriched my multicultural experience and understanding. I can speak Spanish, English, Chinese and Portuguese.
